To enroll, simply fill out the Motives Pro-Artist Membership Form and provide the proper CURRENT professional documentation, a copy of your photo identification, and an example of your work showing your credentials and send it directly to the processing department. Within a few weeks you will receive a "getting started" e-mail, which will explain how to activate your site including paying your annual membership fee.
